Amaranth & Rue is what happens when an artist, with a fascination with history and fashion, has a baby with incredibly sensitive skin. In her quest to find natural, organic products that were still colorful, decadent, and luxurious Renee Mallett realized she would have to create them herself from scratch, the old fashioned way. In the fifteen years since Amaranth & Rue was formed it has grown from artisan soap to a full lifestyle brand- clothing, housewares, and of course a full line of bath, body, and beauty products that are as good for your skin as they are for the earth.
