The Forge on Dyer is a training, performance, and recovery studio with a focus on whole-body wellness. Our purpose is to provide a private training studio for personal trainers and their clients without a monthly membership fee. In addition to a studio full of functional training equipment and educated trainers, The Forge on Dyer provides a space for performance and recovery therapies and currently offers NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT), Proprioceptive-Deep Tendon Reflexology (P-DTR) , sports and relaxation massage therapies, as well as other therapies to treat and prevent chronic and accident injuries.
