Volusia Recovery Alliance, Inc. (VRA) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) based in Volusia County, Florida, dedicated to empowering individuals and families affected by substance use. Founded through a grant from the AETNA Foundation, VRA focuses on peer-driven services that foster recovery. Our journey began with a community symposium that gathered over 200 attendees to discuss local needs. Guided by these insights, we crafted a strategic plan addressing challenges like peer support, education, and coordination with justice systems. As a proud partner of Floridians for Recovery, we strive to provide comprehensive resources for recovery, promoting hope and resilience in our community.
