I am the owner and operator of a boutique physical therapy private practice in midtown Manhattan, near Bryant Park. Centrally located between Grand Central Station and Times Square. Located within a 5,500 sq ft state-of-the-art Pilates studio, we provide the latest equipment to return you to peak form through individual, hour-long 1 on 1 care. We offer Medical Massage, personal training and Pilates. CoreAlign and Suspension training are an integral part of our rehabilitation process.
