We will be open the 1st Saturday of each month for rent collection. We will continue to ask that anyone entering our lobby practice social distancing, and we will be implementing extra cleaning procedures for protection of our visitors and staff. In order to follow CDC recommendations for social distancing, we strongly urge everyone to use the many online services we have, including rent payments, rental applications, and landlord portal. For our current valued tenants, our maintenance staff is still available but keep in mind they may prioritize emergency-only maintenance issues and may take extra precautions to protect both you and themselves.
