With ridesharing services like Uber, Lyft and others, it is now easier to get a ride. Just a few taps on your smartphone and you can receive door-to-door service. For the most part, these services are as safe as taxis or driving yourself. But if you are injured in an accident with an Uber driver or while you�re a passenger in an Uber or Lyft vehicle, there may be complications in defining who is responsible for your injuries.
