With 25 years in banking, financial strategy, fundraising, capital planning, accounting, human resources, audit, and risk management, Angela brings a wealth of experience to the company. She has held CFO roles for more than 10 years, has been the financial lead in dozen of capital raising and M&A transactions, and has closed more than half a billion in capital during her career in equity, debt, and structured financing. Angela has a Bachelors in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. She has been voted Best CFO for a Small Private Company by the San Antonio Business Journal. She wrote the book 20 Tips for Corporate Chicks.
