The Mexicano is a chef-driven Mexican restaurant from Chef Joey Maggiore and The Maggiore Group, located at Chandler Fashion Center. The menu features elevated takes on traditional Mexican cuisine, including birria bao buns, lava rock fajitas, a guacamole and salsa Ferris wheel, and four-foot machete quesadillas. Guests can build their own margaritas at the interactive margarita bar, and enjoy daily happy hour, Taco Tuesdays, and Margarita Mondays. Designed by Cristina Maggiore, the space blends Mexico City-inspired decor with indoor and outdoor seating and a custom DJ booth with live entertainment seven days a week.
