New York Inns Group, and we do provide long term stay in our properties in Manhattan (minimum 30 days, maximum 12 months with option to extended). We are located close to many New York schools and universities and already work with many of them. We do have 3 properties in different locations of Manhattan. First there is our newest 105 rooms Hotel 99 on Upper West Side (Broadway & 99th Street) – www.hotel99.com. Our second property is fully redone Central Park Inn – www.centralparkinn.com also on upper west side, 103rd street and Central Park Inn, and finally Union Square Inn – www.unionsquareinn.com, downtown Union Square area on 209 East 14th Street. At the central Park Inn we offer furnished studio apartments with either full kitchens or kitchenettes and price range is $1600- $2300, at the Union Square Inn we have furnished studio apartments with private bathrooms and kitchenettes in the price range of $1700- $2200, and at the hotel 99 we offer furnished rooms with the kitchens on the floor with the price range $1400-$2300 monthly depending on the room type. Rent includes free utilities, free basic cable TV and free Wi-Fi Internet. There is a small affordable application fee while you sign the lease.
