With over 20 years combined experience in the Hair and Nail Care Industry, we are proud to provide the central Minnesota area with quality, affordable hair and nail care services Tami Matthaei, co-owner of Schear Elegance is a self-employed stylist and nail tech. She has over 8 years experience, specializing in hair coloring and cutting. She has also specialized in nail care and nail art for over 20 years and holds an instuctor's license, teaching at a local beauty collage. Tami enjoys keeping up on current trends and techniques by taking advance classes. Dawn Vanlith has been in the cosmetology field for 5 years. She started out working at Glacier Waters Spa, an Aveda destination Spa in Nisswa, MN. She then worked at Salina Salon/Spa in Elk River, MN for two years before opening Schear Elegance in Milaca. She has taken many advanced classes and training. In 2004, she won a hair competition at R.B.I. in St. Cloud, MN. Dawn is very passionate about her career and love’s learning new trends and techniques.
