I live in Denver with my husband and two dogs. I love gardening, exploring the outdoors and eating veggie tacos. WHAT I LOVE ABOUT AYURVEDA: IT PROVIDES A LENS THROUGH WHICH TO SEE THE WORLD Through the framework of the gunas or qualities, we can understand how certain foods, seasons and lifestyle choices will affect our innate balance.
