She has over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Counselor. She is also trained in CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki, and uses techniques derived from both eastern and western disciplines including Shiatsu, Myotherapy, Trigger Point, and Passive Stretching.
