Dr. Pleener is a solo practitioner who works together with his patients to create a customized treatment plan specific to individual needs. In addition to psychotherapy and medication management, we place high regards for modalities such as weight management, medical management, stress reduction, and sleep hygiene to combat the body’s inflammatory response, which exacerbates mental illness.
