Sam Pennington has been practicing law in Florida and specifically in the Middle District of Florida since 1988. He is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar, the Central Florida Bankruptcy Lawyers Association, the Lake County Bar, and the Orange County Bar. Sam has limited his practice to the arena of bankruptcy law and has filed chapter 7, 13, 12, and Chapter 11 cases. He spent 10 years as the staff attorney for Laurie K. Weatherford, Chapter 13 Trustee. He wanted to have more flexibility in his schedule for mission work and so he left the Trustee's office after giving six months notice and helping train his replacement. Sam primarily represents individuals and small businesses. A large part of the practice involves helping clients save their homes from foreclosure through the use of mortgage modification. Initial consultations are available without charge, and evening appointments are available if arranged ahead of time.
