Nelson Injury Law is your injury law center in Seattle, Washington. Eric S. Nelson, the owner of Nelson and Johnson, has been practicing law for 19 years. He was born and raised on Capitol Hill in Seattle and attended St. Joseph’s Elementary on Capitol Hill and O’Dea High School on First Hill. In 1992 he graduated with honors from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. Eric returned to Seattle and formed the law firm of Nelson & Associates, P.S. with his father, Richard C. Nelson. Although Eric practiced in a variety of legal fields early in his career, he quickly determined that his passion was representing those that have been injured and disadvantaged. As a result, he began focusing his law practice on personal injury. In 2006, Eric was named a “Rising Star Super Lawyer” in the field of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury by the Washington Law & Politics Magazine. In 2011, 2012 and 2013 Eric was again bestowed the honor of being named a “Super Lawyer” in the field of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury by the Washington Law & Politics Magazine.
