At Motus Sport and Spine, you will find a hybrid approach to chiropractic care. We are all about patient empowerment and independence. We are passionate about teaching you how to take care of yourself so that you can keep yourself out of the office. We strongly emphasize rehab and focus quite a bit on movement quality and biomechanics to build strength and resilience, as many injuries are from poor postural and movement habits. We blend chiropractic care, sports medicine, functional rehabilitation, soft-tissue therapies, and kinesiology tape to create the most efficient and effective treatment plan to fit your unique needs and goals. Our goal is to help transition you from being reactive and dependent to being proactive and independent. This gets you from where you are to where you want to be and gives you the knowledge and practical tools to help keep you there.
