As a teen mental health expert, I offer individual and group therapy to your teen navigate their lives and find emotional healing. It empowers them to realize they are worthy and helps them to make healthy choices. I started private practice so teens could have a safe place where they could just be themselves, and feel less alone. My passion and ultimate goal is to help your teen feel worthy, to know that they aren’t different or wrong for thinking or feeling the way they do. You can rewrite your narrative. Your past does not have to dictate your future!
