Lutz law was established in 1997 by C. David Lutz. David practices family law including but not limited to Divorce, Military Divorce, and custody dispute. David is originally from Raleigh, North Carolina. After he had attended college and worked as a humanitarian volunteer in Hong Kong, he enlisted in the United States Navy. His tour on board the United States Ship Nimitz introduced him into the Pacific Northwest, which he and his family are happy to call home. While in the Navy, he earned a B.S. in Business and began attending Law School. Following his graduation from Seattle University Law School, David opened his first law office, now in Tacoma, Washington. David has been practicing law since 1997. Because of his past military service, David makes a special effort to reach out to military and ex-military personnel who need legal help. To show his support for the military, David gives discounted service to military and ex-military people going through divorce. David is a Cum Laude graduate of Seattle University Law School, David’s emphasis is Family Law.
