We went here on a weekday for girls spa day. Requires reservation because they follow COVID guidelines which means limited people could go there only. Upon entry they will ask your ID and tell you the rules. We were told swim wear can be worn. Someone gave a tour and explained how to use their lockers. (kinda tricky for me). Bath items are available there (Towels, robes, slippers, hair products and lotion etc.) Spa has dimmed light (so be careful). The warm/hot spa has plenty of room and so as the steam room. There's a cold water plunge in front of the hot spa. Water, cold towels, salt scrub are available inside the spa. Felt really relaxed afterwards! Would go back again to try their Color
