As an interactive, cognitive-behavioral therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients address current life challenges as well as long-standing issues. My life experience of raising 5 children, being married 32 years and now a widow blended with my education and training give me a real world, practical approach to the counseling process. Using a variety of techniques in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer an individualized approach to each of my client's individual needs to help attain the personal growth they want. Together with each client, I work to develop strengths, identify purpose, and achieve life goals. I offer counseling for the following: anxiety, aging, behavior management, depression, disability, emotional health, grief counseling, pornography addiction/support, psychoeducation, sexual abuse, self- esteem, stress management, pre-marital, marriage, parenting, divorce, blended families, family structure, etc.
