Incubate IP is part of Micheletti Law Group, Ltd., and is a boutique business and intellectual property law practice that provides legal advice to startups worldwide. Randy Micheletti, the founder of Incubate IP, trained as a research scientist. While chasing a Ph.D. in organic chemistry, he realized that lab research was not for him. After working as a museum educator and later as a product manager for a Fortune 500 company, Randy attended law school at the IP-juggernaut Chicago-Kent School of Law. Graduating in the top 10 of his class, Randy then worked as an associate in the Chicago offices of some of the biggest most prestigious law firms in the world, including international giant K&L Gates and tech company-focused Perkins Coie.
