About Handler Real Estate Organization

Established January 1941

We manage and own our own properties in New York City and help businesses maintain the best commercial real estate experience. The Handler Organization traces its roots to its founder Jerry S. Handler, who for more than a quarter century was one of the principal partners of Newmark & Company and one of the “true giants” of the New York City commercial real estate community. In 1979, he formed Handro Properties and subsequently established Handler Real Estate Services (HRES), its Leasing and Consulting Division and Handro Management Group (HMG), its Management Division. Today, we own and manage properties for our own account and operate a thriving brokerage. Our tenant representation, consulting practices and investment portfolio are rapidly growing. Creative thinking, decades of experience and tireless efforts underpin our efforts in every facet of the real estate business.
