The company was founded by Austin Moy, athletic trainer and strength coach, who believed that fitness was a vehicle that could improve the lives of people both physically and mentally and help optimize a person's life. Services include 1on1 or 2on1 private training focusing on strength, building muscle, weight loss, and toning. Genesis Training also helps their clients with nutrition guidance, habit development, and accountability through it's unique process.
