New Year's Day and Happiness. New Year's Day the world's most celebrated holiday. On this day, many people will be making New Year’s resolutions while remembering last year's achievements and failures and looking forward to the promise of a new year, of a new beginning. On New Year's Day, when celebrating and the toasts are over, many of us become more focused on ourselves and what we want out of life. A number of people making resolutions across the world turns into hundreds of millions. Two very common resolutions: people want to be more attractive by losing weight, and to be healthier by exercising more. What do they want… to become better people. Many people need to add one very important component to their resolution.. making commitment to bringing themselves closer to God. New Year's Day is the most active-minded holiday. Why? Because people evaluate their lives and plan and resolve to take action and be better..start anew. On the first day of the New year people stand firm on their New Year’s resolution. Every resolution you make on this day implies that you are in control of yourself, that you are an individual who can make choices to change your life. Your life is in your own hands if you choose it to be. But, what is the purpose of making such goals and resolutions? Making a New Year's resolutions? Does it give you that sense of purpose or pleasures that one feels when achieving goals. Happiness is the purpose of one's life . More than any other day, people feel they can achieve happiness or whatever they think or may be lacking in their life. The world needs to treat every day as if were News Year’s Day, Why? Because this would make 365 days of feeling you can achieve anything and set new goals for yourself as you grow. This year think about your life and the joy that it can and should be for yourself and others. Happy New Year.
