Embodied Wellness, PLLC provides online psychotherapy to adolescents and adults in the state of Michigan who are ready to heal from trauma, anxiety and depression. You feel like trauma is stuck in your body and cannot get out. You know logically that the past is the past, but your body, mind and emotions continue to relive the trauma like they are happening right now. You don’t know why you can’t just stop feeling the intense fear, anxiety and hypervigilance of the past. You just want to feel normal again.
