Elizabeth comes from Montreal, Canada where she owned and successfully managed multi-family properties. This was no small challenge. She took some less than desirable properties and renovated them to offer comfortable state of the art units to local residents. With her design sense and desire to create a warm and welcoming property, Elizabeth soon was operating a business with a very long wait list! Many locals recognized her willingness to offer comfortable accommodations at reasonable rates. When the housing crisis hit Arizona in 2007, Elizabeth knew that she had to do something to help the people of the Phoenix Valley. Armed with her experience in real estate and a willingness to understand the impact of the housing crisis, she traveled to Arizona and began working with homeowners in deep financial trouble.
