Let's chat to see if you're the right fit! My private practice is one that supports each client to learn the connection between their mental health and physical health (as well as spiritual health if that resonates with you). I use a variety of approaches to help customize each client experience to be the most benefice and supportive. My main focuses are binge eating, trauma, codepedency, narcissistic abuse recovery, alcohol recovery, and an overall desire to live your life better!
