I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families to help them change their lives. I specialize in working with relationship issues and trauma. Individuals come to see me to alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, and/or loneliness. Couples come to see me because they are disconnected and are desperate to reconnect. Every day I see change occur as my clients come in with a heavy weight and leave my office with a sense of relief and hope. Seeing how these experiences over time become profound changes is what motivates me to do what I do and to continuously learn more about human behavior and best practices in psychotherapy. It is crucial that I provide the best quality of service to my clients. I am committed to helping others. My job is not work for me since I enjoy it tremendously and get much satisfaction from it. My work results in profound changes in their lives. Hearing my clients appreciation for our work together and their new ways of living and seeing themselves and the world is my greatest accomplishment.
