We provide continuous care for individuals suffering from cognitive impairments due to Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. Residents live in traditional homes nestled within tranquil residential communities that allow them to become part of an extended family of residents and caregivers. "Our care programs are driven by research, which has proven that small, residential group settings improve the quality of life of residents and their families." Residents participate in activities in small group settings to maximize their abilties and to maintain their independence. We provide continuity of care. Our residents are never required to move to a different room due to changes in the level of care they require. Once our residents join us...they are at home. Our staff is made up of licensed nurses, certified medication administration aides, and certified nursing assistants who have been specially tranined in the care of Alzheimer's and dementia related disorders. We maintain high staff-to-resident ratios and all care is provided under the direction and supervision of each resident's physician.
