Dr. Sarah Ernst is a native of Northern Virginia. Chiropractic played a huge role in her health when she was diagnosed at the age of 14 with scoliosis, a serious spinal abnormality. She developed a passion for Chiropractic when she experienced her spine return to normal position without the use of surgery or medication. She earned her Bachelor of Science in public health from the University of Maryland, College Park. After completing her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University, St. Louis, Missouri she attended one year of post graduate work with Maximized Living Health Center Program in Naples, Florida. She gained certification in Spinal Correction, Nutrition and Life Coaching. Dr. Ernst and her husband, run the largest Maximized Living Health Center in Charlotte, NC serving 500 patients weekly. Dr. Aaron Ernst grew up in the outskirts of Denver Colorado. His love for Chiropractic came after experiencing a life transformation at the age of 23. He went from chronic asthma, allergies and skin conditions since birth to complete restoration of his lung capacity and healthy skin. He earned his Bachelors of Science, Summa Cum Laude, from Messiah College, Pennsylvania. After marrying his high school sweetheart, they moved to St. Louis, Missouri where he attained his Doctorate of Chiropractic, Summa Cum Laude at Logan University. He and his wife achieved Maximized Living Health Center Certification at Maximized Living Headquarters in Naples, Florida.
