Our program is based on the principles of parkour , a discipline that involves overcoming obstacles by using movement. Our Ninja Program classes are taught by experienced instructors who are passionate about helping kids learn and grow. Our classes are small and intimate, so each child gets the individual attention they need to succeed. In our Ninja Program classes, kids will learn how to: climb walls, jump over obstacles, roll and tumble safely, balance and coordinate their movements, and work as a team. We offer a variety of Ninja Program classes to choose from, including: beginner ninja, intermediate ninja, advanced ninja, ninja warrior training. We also offer private Ninja lessons for kids who want to get one-on-one instruction.
