Dr. Kaplan received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and his B.S. in Biology at The Citadel. Dr. Kaplan has been practicing surgery since 1987. During Dr. Kaplan's training experience at The Ohio State University, he received extensive training in maxilofacial trauma, cancer reconstruction and cosmetic surgery.
