Your dental health and comfort are our primary concerns. On your first visit to the office, our main objectives are to talk with you about your concerns, answer all of your questions, and set your dental goals. In order to save time at the office, please print and fill out the New Patient Packet. Coming prepared to your first visit gives us the most opportunity to spend time with you and address your needs.* Please include any past X-Rays from previous dentists. Also bring any insurance information you have so we can help you receive the most benefit available to you.** It is also important to spend a bit of time to think about what you want for yourself, today and in the future. After we are both clear on your personal dental goals we will examine your mouth to establish a diagnosis. After completing a thorough examination, we will then decide whether additional evaluation or procedures are appropriate. This may involve taking X-Rays, making plaster models of your teeth, and performing other diagnostic tests. Once the examination and evaluations are concluded, we'll work with you to develop a dental health plan that will fulfill your dental goals and preserve and/or restore your overall dental health.
