Founded by Dr. Maria Stevens. Better Life Focus assists individuals to achieve self-discovery, development, and growth using several modalities including life coaching, consulting, strategy building, and seminars. Dr. Maria received her BA and graduated with honors from the University of Vermont. She went on to Clark University in Massachusetts and attained a Masters Degree. She received her PhD from Capella University in Minnesota and graduated with distinction. Dr. Maria is an expert on forgiveness, 12 step programs, addiction, and conflict resolution and mediation. She is a member of American Psychological Association (APA), American Psychological Science (APS), and International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA).
