Dr. Thakkar puts emphasis on the communication and care that she gives to her patients. “As a dentist my job is to first and foremost inform and educate my patients on their dental care and oral health.” We want you, the patient, to make an educated decision about your treatment. We love our patients and we love to hear positive comments and “thank you” from them so we make sure that all of our patients walk out of the office with a smile of satisfaction. We provide all phases of dentistry and treat all ages. We stress preventative techniques to maintain healthy mouths. We strive to maintain our minimal pain dental care. Dr. Thakkar did her all of her schooling at the University of Illinois, graduating in 2004 as the youngest in her class. She went on to persue orthodontics and is recently also presuing and treating Sleep Apnea. She has been at her one and only practice since Janurary of 2007. She continues to do general dentistry helping patients of all ages as well as furthering her career in treating Sleep Apnea patients with Dental devices. This area has truly become a passion for her as prevention and treatment, especially at early age is life changing. When she is not doing the dentistry that she loves, she enjoys spending time at home with her family, working out at the gym, and eating good food! One of her favorite passtimes is game nights with the kids.
