We manufacture bacon old world style; hand rubbed & artisanally cured. We add a touch of hard alcohol to give the bacon a unique flavor. We are in the process of make a dream a reality. This dream started after a beer and bacon festival. As I toured the booths and sampled the bacon, I realized all the bacon was the plain bacon you could buy at any grocery store. I was curing my personal bacon and wanted to get some new flavoring ideas. Serious bummer! A few days later, I stood in my kitchen staring at pork belly and wondered how this would taste with a little bourbon. Over six months later, I had my answer, INCREDIBLE! I’ve become very popular with friends and family asking, “When is your next test batch of bacon?” This has led to the creation of bourbon, tequila and whiskey bacon with more on the way.
