Most of you have only gotten to see my success as a Beachbody fitness coach. You weren’t there to see how hard I had to bust my butt to be here. I struggled when I had my professor job and was coaching. It would take me a full day to prepare a one hour college class. With 4 hours a week of teaching, I had to prepare at least 4 days. In addition, I had to research for my book and hold office hours and grade and be a Beachbody fitness coach. I struggled with “throwing my phd away,” but I couldn’t help it, I was in love with Beachbody. I was a Beachbody fitness coach for a year before I decided to go for it. And even then, I didn’t have a clue as to how to do it. What I did do, and maybe it happened by chance, actually, no it didn’t. I surrounded myself by a few coaches who shared my dream. It’s no wonder I was the 17th and my friend was the 18th person to gain access to the Millionaire Club. My success as a Beadchbody fitness coach was built on figuring my way out through stumbling blocks, with periods of ease and flow. I STILL have a lot of days where I wonder what the heck I’m doing. Here I am at Tony Robbins’ Business Mastery. Do u think it’s because I think I’ve got it all figured out ? I want so much for my coaches. Some of them are willing to work for it and I want to work with them/you!! I want to be better because I want to serve you better, help you grow. Some of them are not willing to work for it, and I’m realizing that, too. I can’t do your/their work. So if you’re willing to work for your dream, I’m posting this to encourage you to keep pushing and step it up. You’re not alone in your struggles. We ALL struggle. You just have to commit and then follow through.
