Believing in Yourself | Beachbody Coach Dallas

Yesterday I asked my friends and followers on Facebook what they would like to learn from me. I was surprised by the uniformity of the responses. Many said that they wanted me to share on the topic of achieving goals and how to overcome limiting beliefs. As a successful Beachbody coach Dallas, I can tell you that I am where I am in the business because I believed that I could be successful. I saw examples of people around me who were succeeding in the business and I asked myself, “Why not me?” Yes, why not me? The folks who were succeeding were just normal people, like me. If they could do it, why not me? And over the years I’ve learned that we just never know what the person whose success we might envy has gone through themselves. Everybody faces obstacles. Everybody faces moments of doubt. It’s part of being human. If you’re considering becoming a Beachbody Coach Dallas or are already one, just look at me and the hundreds, even thousands of examples of folks who are doing well in the business. I don’t mean to sound cliche, but you can do it, too. I just attended a week-long seminar called “Business Mastery” with Tony Robbins. He said success is 80% mindset and 20% skills or strategy. What keeps most people from making their dreams a reality is their mindset. They fill their minds with negative talk and limited beliefs. I read somewhere that on average people have thousands of negative thoughts per day. So while some negative thoughts may be inevitable, you CAN do something about it. You can CHOOSE to not engage with them. When you find yourself saying things like, “I’ll never be successful,” or “I can’t do it,” dont engage in conversation with that little, annoying voice in your head. Decide to stop the tape and to replace it with positive self talk: “I can be successful,” “I can and I will achieve my dreams.” Tony Robbins also said that the brain is a servile mechanism, it will find ways of giving you what you proclaim. So don’t speak negativity over your life. Proclaim victory. Your brain will find ways to help you succeed as Beachbody Coach Dallas or whatever you are hoping to achieve. Feed your mind with positive thoughts, surround yourself by people who believe in you. I know this last part can be difficult at times, but you have to make an effort to find them. Positive-minded people do exist. When you start changing how you think, you will find that yourself naturally gravitating towards people that are more like you. Here’s to you, to me, to our dreams. Let’s keep growing and believing. And remember, put action behind your words.
