I had a huge crack in my windshield from road debris which means... the dreaded, costly replacement! i did a lot of research and tried secureway. got a next day appointment, installation was really quick (1.5 hours), and so far no issues with the new windshield. here are some things i found that lead me to secureway: - DO NOT go with safelite for replacements! their quote was the highest and their customer service not helpful or intelligible. - secureway was not the lowest quote, but well below the average price i was getting. spoke with nelson and he actually helped me when i came in. - the location is in soma right off the freeway. they don't make you a homemade tamale at secureway (they just provide outstanding value for their services) but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes minutes away. go to steep, get a vietnamese coffee and come back wired to pick up your car!
