Mike has been training in Krav Maga for over 10 years and is a certified Fit to Fight coach under Ryan Hoover and Amber Staklinski. He teaches the Krav Maga classes as well as the Mitt Mania, Sparology, and From the Ground Up. Mike believes that everyone should take these classes to empower themselves to feel safe in all situations. He really enjoys and is passionate about training people, motivating others, and helping anyone achieve their fitness and self defense goals. Joe has been training in Krav Maga for over 10 years and is a certified Fit to Fight coach under Ryan Hoover and Amber Staklinski. He teaches the Krav Maga and Mitt Mania classes and handles the day to day operations of the program.
