The consultation price depends on the type of consultation you choose. Please note that the consultation fee is non-refundable. The payment for the consultation does not obligate the attorney to perform any services or represent you in any of your possible matters unless a written retainer is signed by the attorney and the client. The payment for the consultation covers one meeting with an attorney up to 40 or 60 minutes of attorney's time depending on the type of consultation you booked, and during that meeting only. All subsequent meetings and communications, including email and text messages, are subject to additional payments if the attorney is not retained by the client, in which case such communications are being billed against the retainer.
