9Round is the ultimate 30 minute kickboxing experience. Where fun and energetic fuse to create a workout like you have never experienced before. We have absolutely no class time, so you're never late. Our full body workout changes daily, so you don't have to have to worry, we do the planning for you. Our customized nutrition plans is included, and above all we don't charge extra for our trainers. Timing: Monday - Friday 8 - 1:30 3:30 - 8 Saturday 9 - 1
