To become a member no prior boxing experience is needed, a 9Round certified trainer will be on the floor at all times to support you every step of the way. The FULL BODY workout is FUN, EXCITING, and FAST-PACED and gratifies all workout levels. To keep it interesting the workout changes every day so you will never get bored! .
