CASEWV COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT 2022

A Community Needs Assessment is a process conducted by all Community Action Agencies every three years to determine the underlying causes and conditions of poverty within the community they serve and identify the available resources to address the unmet needs of the community’s most vulnerable residents. This Community Needs Assessment has explored the service area of Mercer, Monroe, and Summers counties in southeastern West Virginia. The focus area covers 1,252.2 square miles and a population of 83,999.

Work @ CASEWV

We are hiring! Join us as we serve South-Eastern West Virginia communities.

Supporting our community means supporting it’s families.

CASEWV was chartered in 1964 and was the third such agency in the state. We are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that represent three different segments of the population:  elected officials, private sector and limited income.  We cover Mercer, Summers, and Monroe counties as a community action agency, as well as up to 12 counties with our various other programs.
