Thank you for taking care of my mom. With her not able to speak English, i was impressed with therapy, CNAs and nurses going above and beyond to please her. Not only did they find ways of communicating with her, they took care of her as if she was their own family. All of the staff was amazing, including management.

Pinnacle Specialty Care

I chose Dubuque Specialty Care because it was close to my house and I knew another person who lived there. They were happy with the care they were given. The staff here treat me excellent. I was so sick when I came, my medications had me so confused that I couldn’t walk. I was falling down all the time. Today, I enjoy going to bingo, music, manicures and meeting with the residents. I enjoy the food here, especially the roast beef with onions and cheese, the desserts, fresh fruit and the coffee. The atmosphere energizes me.

Thank you all so much for your care and attention these past four weeks towards our dear mom! We appreciate your love and care more than words are able to express. In appreciation for all the simple little things you do to help us support our mom, we thought it appropriate to give each of you one of Mom's favorite books, "Love Does" by Bob Goff. As the title states, love goes out and does things, even if they are the most simple of things, to show we care for others.

You and your staff are to be commended for the job of taking care of (Mom). Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty. You all made me and my family feel very welcomed and comfortable. Saying thank you just doesn't seem enough, but it's what we have.
