For All of Life's Health Transitions

I wanted to express my gratitude to your staff for the excellent care Mom received during her stay at Westwood. Mom spoke very highly of the entire staff and we took great comfort in knowing she was receiving excellent care. 

I appreciate everything this hospice team does for our facility! They work together to provide a smooth transition into hospice care. Their team approach is fantastic and comforting to our residents and their families. They add to the team effort in making sure our resident's needs are met. I can't thank them enough for all that they do!

Thank you for the pretty flowers and the care of our loved one. We appreciate the affection you gave to Mom and the patience with our family at the time of need.

Ridgewood is a wonderful facility. I was a CNA there for 2 1/2 years. The administrator and DON are (the) best I (have) ever worked for. All the staff and employees there are great. Friendly, caring, hardworking. If you're a CNA or anyone looking for work in long term care facility, I highly recomend Ridgewood.

I am glad (my brother) had that time at the nursing home in Fonda. He was sober, clean and decent, well cared for and I think, mostly content. Of course, he was very confused the entire time, but the better side of his personality came out. He was liked by the staff and got along well with residents. I had some good visists with hime while he was there. When he suddenly failed that Sunday, I asked that (the staff) keep him at the home. The staff were so good to him and to me. They had someone sitting by his bedside the entire day, playing music and talking with him. When he was close to passing, they called and held the phone so I could tell him good-bye...He had such a better ending to his life than I would ever have imagined. It all seems such a blessing.

I think so often of you all and hope you are doing OK, staying safe and well. I look forward to when it becomes safer for me to travel again and I can come by for a visit and to thank you in person for your care of R.

There was not a card we could find to truly express the endless gratitude we have for you all. This has been a very tough year for our family members and you all have been by their sides when we were unable. Thank you for being Mom's family.

I had four major surgeries at 2 different hospitals before going to Northcrest. Right away I met very helpful and nice people that made me feel comfortable and cared for.  They explained what they were doing and why, while making me feel at home. The people at Northcrest and Care Initiatives do really care. Hats off to all of you!
