    We are an INBOUND Customer Service Provider (no sales) and our clients are based in the US, Canada and Europe. We operate 24/7 and are looking for serious candidates with previous inbound CSR experience, ideally in a US or UK based campaign. Job Duties include: Answering customer service inquiries via email, live chat and phone calls Respond to new service inquiries, complaints and handle other day to day processes Attend training and team meetings Work as a team player and assist team members as needed Flexible with different shift timings and working with the team to ensure coverage Skillset Requirements: Good English writing and speaking skills Can speak fluently with a neutral accent Write English without grammatical errors Good typing speed and can learn new systems Comfortable with rotational shift timings Compensation and Benefits: Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 85,000 basic salary + performance bonuses Yearly increments and bonuses.
