1 month ago I was honored to learn that I was nominated for this year's Rothschild Award by my peers in UNEDA. A humbling experice indeed and I'm truly honored beyond words. Having the trust and respect from my industry associates, means more to me than anything else in what we do. United Network Equipment Dealers Association is a worldwide organization established in 2003 by Bob Rothschild and many other well-established IT industry leaders to invent a platform operating on the highest standards of ethical and safe trading, adhering to a strict code of ethics allowing wholesale resellers and end users worldwide confidence and trust doing business within its membership. Bob was a UNEDA director and the inaugural chairman of the UNEDA ethics commitee and help set the stage for who our organization is today. This award in his name is intended to recognize those individuals who best exemplify the high standards of UNEDA. Although Bob had passed before i'd ever had a chance to meet him, I've been fortunate to become close to many of his friends, whom I consider mentors and more importantly friends that I continue to learn from. A huge congratulations to Mike Syiek of Network Tigers on winning this year's award! Extreamly deserving and the work you continue to do for our organization does not go unoticed!
