Associates would like to express our most sincere appreciation to our company’s founder and former President, Pat Iammatteo and his wife, Esther, who put their hearts and minds together over the past 46 years to build I.F. Associates into the successful operation we are today. Pat is a plastics industry pioneer who has dedicated most of his working life to the plastics industry and we wish him the best as he steps back from the day-to-day operations of the company. We would like to introduce our new President, Mark Hammond, who was carefully selected to lead I.F. Associates into the future. Mark has spent all of his career in the molding industry at various roles in Engineering and Management which makes him a perfect fit at I.F. Associates. We welcome technically demanding and lower volume projects, and really excel at problem solving. Our options include molds from US or overseas sources to meet various budgets and specifications. We mold most thermoplastic engineering resins and offer advice for more efficient and long-lasting tooling. We maintain excellent long-term relationships with customers and have a very high employee retention rate.
