Myofascial Release Therapy is a slow and gentle approach to
fascial-tissue-release work using John Barnes Approach. Using a hands-on
technique applying pressure or traction, we aim to facilitate the release of
connective muscle tissue and ultimately reduce pain, headaches, plantar
fasciitis, and other acute or chronic physical symptoms.
